Words to live by:    If those who lead you say to you, "See, the Kingdom is in the sky," then the birds will precede you. If they say to you, "It is in the sea," then the fish will precede you. Rather, the Kingdom is inside of you and it is outside of you. When you come to know yourselves, then you will become known, and you will realize that it is you who are the sons of the living Father. But if you will not know yourselves, you dwell in poverty and it is you who are that poverty.

Family:    I am an only child. My whole family (mom, stepfather, grandma and my father) lives in St. Petersburg, Russia.

Hobbies, Interests:    Music is the only hobby and interest that I have time for :-)

What most people do not know about me:    Since I was three years old, I have been asking for a violin, but no one listened to me. I ended up starting piano a year later and last year I took cello for two semesters at UNT.

What or who has most inspired you:    Sometimes I want to give up music, but when I play a concert, and people come up to me after and thank me and I see light in their eyes, I know that I have no right to give up because God is not done talking through me.

Favorite book:    I am. You are. He is. by Russian author Victoria Tokareva.

Favorite movie:    "Shakespeare in Love", "What the Bleep Do We Know", "Les Miserables", "Life is Beautiful", "A Beautiful Mind"

My dream vacation:    Somewhere alone, doesn't matter where, but with no cell phone, radio, television or computer. May be with a dog...and couple of good books...
